Refund and Return Policy

For any return request, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. Before returning any items, please ensure that they are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, with their tags attached, otherwise we will not accept returned merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any item/product returned late or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, washed, colored, cut, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice present in the package, confirmation email, or any other document issued by Postishe Hair containing your order number).

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customers@postishe-hair.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package . Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Trades

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 28 days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
